Admissions
You can register your child at any time. However, it is advisable to register them at least one year before you wish them to start, as places can fill up quickly.
Please contact us on 01305 251512 or download and return the application form below to register your child.
Children are eligible to start at the Pre-school from the half term after their 2nd birthday, providing that there are available spaces.
If your child’s birthday falls in a pre-school holiday, they will be eligible to start at the beginning of the following half term.
The Pre-school requires that children start with a minimum of two sessions per week, as we have found this helps the children to settle more quickly. Children younger than 2 years 9 months will be offered morning sessions only for their first term as part of their settling in process.
If you require full day care, the Pre-school offers a maximum of 4 full days, assuming there are available spaces.
We are participating in the government-funded 30 hours Early Education and Childcare Scheme. To check your eligibility for the scheme please follow the link at the bottom of the page.
The Pre-school will try and meet your requests as far as possible. In the event that a particular session is full, an alternative may be offered, subject to availability.
Fees usually have to be paid for every session attended until the term after the child’s third birthday, after which the government, in the form of Free Early Education Funding, pays for up to fifteen hours per week for every child and up to 30 hours per week for eligible families. Some families are eligible for funding from 2 years old. Please follow the link below for more information about funding for early years education.
